Broner did the same mistake Jhonny Gonzalez did, which was back away; step back every time PDL threw the straight/ overhand left hand, he had far more success than Gonzalez in that he was able to counter at times, still what he should have done was press the smaller man, which I'm sure he regrets not doing.
