Marquez is a smart boxer. He knows there is no other boxer out there besides Floyd who can give him glory and money.

Remember Pac has 2 wins over Marquez 1 win against Pacquaio. Not to mention the controversial judge admitted scoring error on the first fight. He knows how to fight Pac even if he closes his eyes. The chances of beating him again is high so why risk losing everything?

Marquez would be an idiot if he acceps less than Paquiao this time around....I would definatly lavel him as dumb in the negosiation department.....given the PPV Bradley/Pacman of arround 750K compared to Marquez Paquiao 3rd and 4th.

I hope Rios calls out Marquez after he knocks out Alvarado again. Maybe the Mexican pride makes Marquez take that fight instead of the Pacquiao fight.

As I said already Marquez will want $20 millions and up guaranteed against Pacquiao. he knows he can bring that many ppvs in against Pacquiao. Look at it this way, if Pacquiao fights anyone else not named Mayweather or Marquez his ppvs will barely reach or surpasd the 500,000 mark. Therefore Marquez will add at least 500,000 to 1,000,000 more. I believe he is looking for a minimum of $10,000,000 guaranteed against anyone else not named Pacqwuiao. Seriously, why would he ask for anything less than $20 million against Pacuiao if he knows he is the biggest purse Paquiao will get outside of Mayweather. Arum knows he can't guarantee anymore big purses to Pacauiao because people MIGHT not tune in in BIG numbers. Another thing is Marquez will always have that big check waiting whenevere if ever he gives Pacqwuiao another non- deserving chance. If they both keep winning, the bigger tyhe anticipation will get if again Marquez decides to give Pacquiao a chance.

To all dumb promoter wannabees out there.. Pac's lowest output fighting Clottey was 700k+. If JMM fights Rios or Bradley it can be PPV w/ Rios reching 400k+ and Bradley 300k+.. JMM fighting neither of these 3 isn't gonna be on PPV. So a 2m+ PPV w Pac is definitely on frontline. It's either PAC JMM 5 or retire. Fighting anyone else is *****in out!

Dude should just retire. If it is only about the money then how many times will we see Pacquiao/Marquez?

Manny Bradley wasn't a sellout. And that was back when Manny was the MAN. HOW do you see Manny selling out the arenas now if he fights any other fighter not named Marquez or Mayweather?

Oh when Bob heard $10 million i'm sure he acted shocked, upset but inside he was like "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Baby"..they'd get his 10 million guarantee back from Tecate alone..We'll be seeing a 5th fight for sure now, I expected him to ask for exactly what Manny will get which clearly would make it a non fight.
