Of the four poll options, I'd go in this order: Burns, Gamboa, Vazquez, and Abril. I'm not looking forward to Abril fighting anybody with that style he has.
Who would you rather see Broner fight at 135

All of the above, but my personal fantasy fight would be vs Omar Figueroa but both are managed by Al Haymon and really I doubt he would put Broner in w/Figueroa or vice versa.Comment

I say Burns 1st then Vasquez(being that the Burn/Vasquez fight is off due to Vasquez pulling out the fight). Gamboa has quite a bit to prove in regards to if he is the same fighter being that his last outting was subpar.
I think the Gamboa fight will be better served if Gamboa comes back strong against some good names, and they meet when they both move up to 140. I wouldnt mind both of them taking a 2nd tier fighter at 140 to adjust to the weight, and then fighting eachother as their 2nd fight at 140 before taking on the monsters of the division(that is if the monsters havent moved up to 147 by then).Comment

Yeah good point, but they are saying now that they might reschedule the Burns Vasques fight, so he'll have to fight someone before then. Gamboa does have some more proving to do. That's all I can think of every time I hear him call out Broner. I Think its fine to mention Gamboa Ross mah homie. It actually is a viable fight given the skill set of both fighters IMHO. Its just that Gamboa has to prove to everybody that he is still the dynamic fighter that he once was before the whole layoff/TR/Rios craziness.Comment

Yes, he definitely needs to show us what he's got and I'd like to see him undergo strict PED testing in the process.

If they reschedule Burns/Vasquez Im all for it. I'm actually interested in that fight, but somethiing tells me Broner is gonna lobby for that fight to be dropped altogether so he and Burn can get it on(pick up Brit fans on HBO????), and clean out 135 in 3-4 fights(taking a fight with Vasquez being that Burns didnt beat him yet).Yeah good point, but they are saying now that they might reschedule the Burns Vasques fight, so he'll have to fight someone before then. If you ask me the door is now open to Broner fighting both Burns and Vasquez(Burns 1st, giving Vasquez time to get himself back healthy). But I could be just exhibiting a lil bit of wishfull thinking.

My pleasure my good man.
Im with you on the PED testing. As a mtter of fact I'd rather the sticking issue in negotiations to be whether VADA or USADA is the testing body to perform the testing rather than having testing at all. To me it shouldnt be a matter of if there is testing but more so WHO is doing the testing.
