A month later though? Sounds like there was some tampering going on. Drug tests take a couple days to come back, not a whole month. Germany's just doing a favor for Sturm here (probably a paid favor)

The article mentions something about it being difficult for them to fully confirm so thats probably why it took so long. The German anti-doping agencies tend to be pretty decent.

I think NADA (http://www.nada-bonn.de) and the IBF are being notified so I believe there's more developments to come
