Personally I think Rios beats him when he's not weight drained.

Abril did get robbed in the first fight though, no denying it.

There's no way you can deny that Rios was horribly drained. I'm not making excuses, its just my observation. Take it for what its worth.

Granted, Rios is slow, sloppy, can be outboxed easily and beaten by an opponent with the right tools. I just don't think Abril would be able to pull it off if Rios was 100%.

Weight drained = lazy. Therefore, weight drained = excuse.

Rios signed a contract to fight at a certain weight. He had enough time to shed the weight , & he didn't. Just because he didn't take his job seriously, doesn't mean the next man will do as such. I don't think it was laziness, he simply had too difficult of a time making the weight. He even admitted it was arrogance on his part, thinking that he could make 135.

Abril didn't "beat his ass" but he did get robbed, that's for sure. Based on that he deserves a rematch.

Richard Abril holds the whole fight, that's not boxing, I could understand you sticking and moving and turning, side stepping but not Holding like he dose. Abril fight's like a girl, like most people on here that support him.
