Gradovich has a title now, and Gary should be a contender I'm surprised they didn't have him on the list he is 21-0

He was supposed to fight Luis Franco for a shot at Dib's title but he backed out.

Gradovich vs Russell jr would be a great test for both fighters

Russell jr hasn't been tested and who knows how he'll react to an oppenent who won't go away, plus Russell jr has a history of hand problems. Russell jr is talented but being given such a soft touch after 21 fights is a red flag.

he backed out because of a shoulder prob i think.. .either way Russell needs to start making some noise. hes a good guy but a lot of times close mouths dont get fed id be screaming for a title shot

Yes, Gradovich is always in offensive mode coming forward and that is the reason they call him the "Mexican Russian" (besides training with Garcia). Dib has been overrated since he fought vs. Lacierva for the vacant title and as a matter of fact I think that if that fight would have happened outside Australia Lacierva could have been the victor. It is not a surprise that the only 2 fights done outside of Australia have been defeats for Dib. This is similar to what happens to Chris John that keeps having most of his fight in Asia because he knows that in this continent the judges wouldn't be favoring him like they do over there.

Great win for Gradovich. I was very impressed with his inside fighting at times. Snuck a lot of good punches in, specifically the uppercut. Looking forward to seeing him again. Very glad the judges didn't jip him.
