Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer has been working overtime on finalizing, moving and reshuffling various fights.

Schaefer provided some updates to BoxingScene.com:

Lightweight contender Omar Figueroa (19-0, 15KOs) is potentially going to be part of the Saul Alvarez-Austin Trout undercard on April 20th at the Alamodome in San Antonio. Yes. Abril is a terrible style matchup for a young prospect.

Peterson vs Matthysse WOW! I can't see Matthysse knocking any 140 lbs fighter except for Peterson, Peterson can take a good shot, but I feel Matthysse deserves to be a champion by now.
