    Eastern Regional tournament, Bridgeport, Connecticut, December 1978...check out the names: Vernon McGriff, Meldrick Taylor... Stanley Longstreet, Roderick Moore and Steve McCrory from the KRONK, Kenny Snow, Chris Reid, Buddy McGirt, Ronald Byrd (Chris' brother)...

      ha, nah, a friend of mine sent this to me...I have HUNDREDS of similar bout sheets, though, with a thousand big names on them as amateurs...cool to look back on....

        Yeah it is. Funny thing is when you think about it i'd pay good money to have seen everyone of those fights on that sheet live. Especially that Ronald Byrd fight.

          Good stuff ice man, thanks for sharing your historical stuff. just a random question: which of your amateurs data sheets have the most fighters that would become world champs?

            I have one from a day of boxing at the nationals in 1988 that has Roy Jones, Gerald McClellan, Mark Johnson and a few others on it...
