    According to promoter Hector Garcia of HG Boxing, middleweight contender Marco Antonio Rubio (56-6-1, 49KOs) will return on March 23rd against veteran Marcus Upshaw (15-8-2, 7KOs) at Uruapan, Michoacan. The Continental Americas championship of the World Boxing Council (WBC) will be on the line. Rubio bounced back from last February's decision loss to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. He came back three more times in 2012, winning bouts over Carlos Baldomir, Michel Rosales and Jorge Cota - all by knockout.
