I've said from day one this is a tough call, and it hasn't gotten any easier. The poll currently going reflects my exact sentiments from the start: Donaire, 60/40. Truth be told, ever since I started researching the fighters more critically, it's begun to get closer to 50/50.
I understand the anti-Rigo arguments (that he's unproven in the pros; that his chin is questionable; that Donaire is too big a puncher; etc.), but I'm telling you, Guillermo's detractors are underestimating him. That's saying a lot, since he's going against an acknowledged P4P fighter, but Rigo is special.
