This was before Mosley admitted to taking peds for the DLH fight, i just rewatched the fight and noticed how Mosley almost wanted faint from all the body shots and pressure after the 5th round but somehow he kept getting energy out of nowhere just like the DLH fight where everyone knows he cheated.... Mosley is a fraud.. anyone who thinks he should be in the HOF someday must be delusional
look at the 5th round.. how can ANYONE still have power and speed after that?
Vargas was so shot at that point these Mosley fights were all but unwatchable. He looked like an 85 year old man.
The thing that pisses me off is that they want to make examples out of hispanics and suspend them for the same thing. There should be equality in boxing no matter what color when it comes to suspensions.
there isnt equality esp among fans, you have a guy like sulai**** who favors mexicans or mexican americans over americans

The clearest evidence of Mosley on PEDs is the second De La Hoya fight. I believe that he got off shortly there after. I say that because he showed the locking up of his muscles in DLH fight, not to mention his physique. In the Vargas fight he couldn't deal with the weight and pressure of Vargas. After the use of PEDs fighters usually bloat like Vargas did. In order to overcome the bloating effect, a conscious athlete will over training or do another cycle during training to lose the access water gain. He could have done that, but I don't see clear evidence of PEDs just based on the 5th round. Honestly, Mosley doesn't do well against pressure unless he can hurt his opponent or interrupt their attack at times. A constant attack throws Mosley completely off and that's what I believe that Vargas did. Later, Vargas tired which left him open for repeated right hands which ultimately caused the fight to be stopped because of his eye getting golfed up. To Mosley's credit he has had some good fights post PEDs, as most athletes just aren't the same like Vargas and many others. In any sport, it is very rare for an athlete to go on PEDs being at the top of his/her sport, go off PEDs and then remain at the top. It just doesn't happen. Again, it depends on what they take as well as to how much different they'll be after they go off. Conventional steroids have obvious before/after effects...weight gain, water gain, loss of strength/endurance, and even timing. Today's sophisticated steroids have the same effect while claiming not to have a bad after effect but I feel that claim is unfounded. Just look at what happens after they're caught and then perform clean...they just aren't the same.
