Yes he will. But since Canelo weighed 171 for his last fight and floyd comes in at 150-152, there will probably be a rehydration clause or a weight limit clause in the contract.
Of course this will give the floyd haters something to grasp onto to devalue floyd's win, just as the TS did in the 1st post where he now devalues wins against fighters he previously said floyd wouldn't fight.Comment

Canelo took on this fight too early. His work rate was low throughout the fight and he looked tired. Canelo appeared to be pacing himself just so he had something left at the end and even then, he looked tired.
Canelo had to first work on his weaknesses and have fought other fighters that had similar styles to Floyd and would make him improve in certain areas and gain much needed experience. Canelo vs Lara would have been a good fight beforehand as Canelo would see how it is to face a guy that counters and moves.
There are certain issues that are hard to improve though such as him fighting flat-footed. So I'm not saying that he will be ready for Floyd with that extra time ..... but I knew that he wasn't ready now!Last edited by ADP02; 09-15-2013, 08:25 PM.Comment

It really is laughable the house of cards one must build to believe Floyd isn't the greatest of his generation.Last edited by DeadLikeMe; 09-15-2013, 08:37 PM.Comment
