10-1 odds is a steal and I wouldn't be able to resist throwing money on that.

The oddsmakers are smarter than this and know about Rigo's background. Should be 2-1, 3-1 at most favoring Donaire.

What I posted was true, when the betting line opened Nonito was 10 to 1 but it quickly was bet down as money poured into Rigo. Same thing for NFL lines, Vegas predicts a line and the first couple hours the line moves where it wants to move. The 10 to 1 was just an estimate and looks like the major public money is on Rigo, only way Vegas will make money on this fight is if Nonito wins.

Best bet you're gonna get if you're betting on Rigo, it's all downhill from here. I expect it to be at 3/1 the week of the fight.

That means you'll be three rows behind me. AyoMaDu started a thread for the guys attending the fight. It'll be good to meet some of you dudes.

Holy crap. So much wrong, so few words.

Public money isn't what moves these lines in a major way. That's heavy money.

And if you see an NFL line open up at, say, +4.5, and within an hour you see it move to +4, you'd better jump on that +4 (first see if another book has it at +4.5 still). It takes a TON of money to move an NFL line.

Vegas is gonna make money no matter who wins. That's why they're Vegas. That's why they can build billion dollar casino's in a ****ing desert.
