I like Ponce in this fight. IMO 126 might be too much for Mares. Mares has a great resume at 118 and 122, but PDL has fought good competition at 126 and above.

Yeah Mares is not green.. He fought Perez and Agbeko.. Kid has already showed he has class and skills. No way he gets through those two without. This will be an easier fight that either of those two. Ponce has some pop but he is past winning a big fight at this stage in his career. The weight divisions are too close these days

Prop to Mares this is a huge risk. I think he gets KTFO by De Leon style wise, and base on their stregnths, either Mares Low-Blows his way to victory or he is doomed!!
