    There is so much difference.

Wladamir was 22 years old when he lost to Purrity, Price is pushing 30

Wladamir was a much better all round boxer at that age than Price is now, he gassed out late in a fight he was dominating and got stopped.

Price was getting flummoxed by a 42 year old thompson showing him a bit of movement and got clobbered in round 2

Wladamir teamed up with Emmanuel Steward who turned him into the fighter we see today, it took Steward a DECADE to turn Wlad into the guy we now know, and there were plenty more speedbumps before he got there, and he had more to work with than what Price has.

Price has less time, less skill, less confidence, less talent, a lesser trainer, just less EVERYTHING

    It's not going to happen

Yes, but in terms of career stage it happened around the same time. Plus, don't forget he was brutally KO'd later on as well in worse fashion than Price was. I'm not saying Price is going to be as good as Wlad, and he will have a hard time finding a trainer like Manny. But after the brothers are gone, are there anyone in the division a guy like Price doesn't stand a chance against? 4 days ago, we would have said no. If he goes to someone like McCracken, he could still turn into a very very good HW. And he will quite possibly win a belt at some stage in his career.

But at the time, Wlad wasn't exactly known for having heaps of confidence, or some of the other things you mention for that matter. But he had time, that's true.

          It's not hate, it's realism.

I have had to put up with all the price goons for the last 18 months claiming him to be something he's not and ****ting on Tyson Fury.

Hell Price Fans bombed Fury's twitter so badly he started to turn his back on his English heritage, it was THAT BAD.

I've been telling people for the past 18 months that they were barking up the wrong tree with Price, he was an accident waiting to happen and would capitulate under pressure as soon as faced with it.

Thompson was old and fat, brought over to lose and pad Prices ko%

          Hilarity ensued.

He got brutalized by a portly old chap, over for Price.

Fury dug his own grave by being the dumbest person ever to tread the face of the earth. He deserved everything he got. Price never said bad things about Fury. It was the other way around.

So Price has gone from being the most likely fighter in the world to beat Klitschko in the eyes of many, to being a chinny, awkward plumber.

Meanwhile Audley has somehow come back again and is actually in a likely position to get another shot at Price after being KOd by him in like 30 seconds.

What a strange ****ing weekend for British Boxing.

Price wont make it, theres too many boxers with the potential to do things but dont quite get there. Price is similar to Audley that he left it too late and his chin is horrible for such a big lump.

Has anyone got a real close up of the punch that landed on price and super slo motion as i still missed it. Its worse than the phantom punch that Ali ko'ed liston with.

A funny bit from Fury on amateur boxing:

"If I could have had my chance all over again, I wouldn't even had bothered with it all. Because boxing for a plastic cup is pointless? What's the point in getting punched in the face by heavyweights for free? Senseless.

Indeed, who do you fancy in a rematch between A-Force and Price?
