          He really hasn't though, well in the paid ring anyway. I mean cotto and matthysse did a number on him, but he is crafty enough against most to avoid excessive punishment.

          Now I do know he spars for hire also with basically every big fighter out there. To me I am surprised that has not got to him yet. IMO it is the day in day out sparring that gets to more fighters over time.

          Many years ago, fighters from Philly were wore out and done in their mid 20's. Not from the pro fights, but because they loved to pound the plss out of each other for kicks and giggles between fights

            Every sparring partner that catches a beat down on a daily basis says this. Alexander is going to win a comfortable decision over Brook.

              I disagree, this is very impressive. A accumulation of all that work along with some of beatings he's taken, he's shown absolutely no signs of any effect in his speech. Most fighters show a deterioration in their speech whether they take punishment or not. It's just part of the game
