The best fight in UFC history was probably GSP vs Penn. Other than that big fights don't happen. What the UFC excel at is taking up some no hoper and making him look great through stellar promotion, case in point the fight last night. Nick Diaz is also a UFC reject who they brought back because they basically ran out of opponents for GSP to fight.

Pretty much any chance for a super fight in the UFC has been wasted - Fedor vs Randy, Brock vs Fedor, and even still the GSP vs Silva talk has been on going for nearly as long as Mayweather vs Pac.
