Not sure what this thread is even about, his camp already sent an email to VADA telling where Rigo was going to be staying, where he was training, where he was doing technical work, and gave the times he could be found.

To me it sounds like people wish he was hiding out but the reality is that his team did exactly what they said they would do and got the info over within a day's time.
