Rigo provided no contact info or whereabout information. Not only do they not know where he will be but they dont even have a number to call him and ask him where he is. Without this he cannot be tested.
Rigo wants USADA but USADA said they know nothing of the situation.
It's contradiction and excuse after excuse as to why he is STILL not getting testing less then 6 weeks before the fight. Then they call this info "minor information"
