I was covering all bases with my picks except for the decision.
it's easier when the polls are open after the fight.

Not that I took advantage of it obviously.

Haha nice to see the 'Thompson by KO/TKO' poll option go up by a good 10 percent

Even though i got my prediction horrifically and completely wrong, this is why i love boxing. What other sport brings you this?!

Awesome. Bring on Fury Thompson later in the year

Fury is a different kind of fighter and he will make it a boring fight against Thompson and pick him apart bit by bit unlike David Price who went in all guns blazing... Said it once say it again Tyson Fury is NOW a smarter fighter than Price.
This is perhaps why Thompson never wanted Fury.
I don't know if what I would call what Price did in that fight guns blazing, not that he was boxing effectively but guns blazing implies letting the leather fly and he really wasn't do that.

Good call. Sadly i did not vote in the poll. I would of voted Thompson by decision, and expected a few knockdowns. I wanted to see price go down as mean as that sounds.

And they say there is no excitement in HW... =D
Wlad is just that good. It isn't that these are all bums.

I had a big hope about Price, but his chin is just too weak. Wlad's or Lennox's chin even in younger days was waaay better. Thomson is not a puncher.

                      You're right.

Wladimir took CLEAN shots to the chin and got up. Price's chin has always been suspect. Now we know how bad it is.
