Difference here obviously is his fighter, Donaire, is demanding it whereas back then a fighter that wasn't his was demanding it.

Anyway, he's not being 100% inconsistent because Rigo now wants two blood tests. That's twice the as much poking from nurses. He's just looking out for Rigo. =)

floyd was OK with 50/50 split..

when manny agreed to full testing no cutt of , floyd was'nt even OK with 60/40 in his favor ...they are both flip flopping sons of b1tches but bob is not a fighter...

Cuz by the time Manny acctually agreed (3 years later), Mannys numbers were found to be low or made up.
Manny should have struck a deal while it was hot, but he waited and the real numbers came out....
