After Nonito takes care of Rigo, I believe he will move up to 126. He wont fight Garcia because their best friends and the other top guys are with GBP. Billy Dibs is signed with 50 Cent and Arum and 50 Cent recently have a liking with each other. This would be a great fight for Nonito to see what he gots at 126 with a very good fighter. Billy is the current IBF Featherweight Champion and I believe it will be an awesome fight that everybody will want to see.
