Even if you're right, the contract details are completely irreverent. There was no complaint about the contract details. All they said was that they didn't trust VADA and Conte. But there was nothing new. Whatever they knew about VADA and Conte, they knew it weeks ago. Why didn't they bring it up in the negotiations? Gary Hyde said a few days ago, "Rigo has never refused to sign u to VADA testing", but here he was refusing to sign up to VADA. This was obviously stalling.

Garry Hyde's and Rigo's very own attorney, Pat English, even blasted USADA recently.

If they had issues with VADA, why didn't they bring it up in the negotiations? Why agree to it and wait literally to the last minute to object? If anyone still seriously thinks Rigo wasn't stalling, they're just nuthugging now. The contract details and language had absolutely nothing to do with why Rigo didn't want to sign. They claim it was because they didn't trust Conte/Vada. They could have signed that **** a long time ago. And in the end, I doubt they'll even end up using USADA, but we'll see.

This is what it took for Rigo to sign. It's ridiculous.
