Nonito is in the same bout, Rigondeaux is an uknown to the general fan, and for most people in general. Let alone his he only have 11 fights and has fought no-one of notice to the public.

Donaire's stocks could possibly take a hit and they will take a hit. If he wins in impresive fasion, the people will say he destroy and inexperience foe, if he struggles he will get shitted on, because he struggle with an 11 fights fighter and if he loses he will be considered an instant hype job even though we know that isnt the case.

David Reid had much more following than Riog does. He had a one punch out KO in the Olympics to win the gold in a fight that he was losing. He got signed for a lucrative contract and was promoted very early in big fight cards. Rigo has been in big cards but has failed to impress.

At this time the Mares fight is the one that has to get made but the politics won't allow it ala Floyd/Pac.

Considering Reid was very much in that fight in the early going and picked up some rounds, this is wrong - as is the assertion that "he pretty much crushed Vargas." Trinidad didn't establish any sort of dominance in that fight (the Reid fight) until around the middle rounds.

Damn I miss Tito! The glory and respect he captured and brought to P.R. The way he represented us. The way he fought , everything about him. We lack that type of fighters today in P.R. We are just not producing athletes like we could. I believe the talent is there but the passion/dedication/discipline is not there at all. When I go to P.R I always go with my cousins to play baseball and basketball and there's a lot of talent over there even in the street. Seems Luke everyone is too busy listening to reggaeton killing each other and choosing to live a "gangster lifestyle" selling drugs and doing ****** ****. Its a damn shame.

why not?there has been more people asking for a nonito-rigondeaux fight than any other donaire fight, so why would he not get that much credit if he beats rigondeaux?
