Judah still too big, still too strong, and still FASTER than Mayweather! He still can punch from angles that Mayweather hasn't seen before. He'd beat Mayweather, probably.

No. It was contingent upon Judah beating Baldomir. Even if they did try and renegotiate for a new fight, Judah is damaged goods. He's got no titles and his marketability just took a nose dive. They would probably generate a fraction of the money that the original fight was supposed to.
