Mike Altamura, manager of WBA #4 ranked featherweight contender Alberto "Kichis" Garza of Mexico City, denies rumors of a finalized deal to face WBA featherweight champion Nicholas �The Axeman� Walters (22-0, 18KOs) on an April date in Jamaica. Altamura has yet to receive a formal offer for the match.
