Abril would give Broner problems and I can see him winning the fight, Abril is a calm head when things aren't going well and he seems to have come on late in his career, lets see how he deals with bogere then we can judge better regarding a Broner fight.

If abril wins he should take a page out of guerrero's book and leapfrog divisions to take on carlos molina in a can't miss FOTY all action brawl!

Abril is one of the top lightweights today and no one can claim to be the best lightweight untill they fight him and this is including Broner and Vasquez.

Nothing special about Bogere, other than his entrance. His fight with Raymundo Beltran was not impressive. That was the best guy he's ever faced.

He's got to knockout Abril to win, and I don't think he can do that.

          Abril via UD.

Might be the other way around considering its a GB card.

If Broner doesnt even mention Vazquez what makes anyone think he will fight Abril?

Yeah that would be a good fight for Broner, Abril outboxed Rios. One can see Broner wanting to fight someone with a house hold name and Abril is not that. Do think this would happen. Rees was meant to fight him before the Broner fight I remember. I think Broner win on point

I like his style, really cerebral.... hope he gets some more exposure soon, he deserves it.
Abril completely owned Rios in their fight, but you have to wonder how much of that was due to Brandon being weight-drained. I'd still lean towards Richie in a rematch, but I have a feeling it would be much closer than the first time.

I dislike Broner, but the kid is very good. One has to admit that. Abril would give him a good fight, he's very crafty, but I don't think he can overcome Adrien's talent. I'd love for Richie to get that fight, though.

I love how these guys just map out their plans for the year all the while mapping out their opponents fight plans also. What makes him think Rios will give him the time of day? Especially if he beats Alvarado again. Abril is probably the last person Rios will be thinking about fighting, he moved up to 140 for a reason, and it's not to fight the Abril's of the world

Abril/Broner is the best fight that can be made at 135 competition wise. Abril is the uncrowned LW king.

You mean a 12 points margin. I think Abril would beat any version of Rios, this was a straight schooling.

The score for the Abril fight should've been 120-108 for Abril.

If ponce could beat Broner, Abril sure can... dont want to triangulate, but stylistycally it would be a problem for the problem. He's never faced a slick cuban.

                      pun intended.
