Should Mickey Bey Jr. be suspended for PEDs?

No, he is on synthetic testosterone. HGH is nearly undetectable, but it is basically always run in conjunction with testosterone. Testosterone is the base in all steroid cycles basically, you run Test and Deca or Test/Tren/EQ or something like that.Comment

Anyone caught using steroids should be banned for atleast a year if not for life IMO. Boxing is a serious sport where you can hurt someone and steriods give a person a real unfair advantage and put people at risk. This isnt baseball where someone might hit more homeruns because of steroids someone could get hurt badly and a strong message needs to be sent that it wont be toleratedComment

The Nevada State Athletic Commission had a meeting today. Here's the minutes:
It says they requested a temporary suspension, so I guess he's suspended until further notice.Comment

Of course he should. A lot of guys should have.
Mickey Bey Jr. of Mayweather Promotions, trained by Mayweather Sr tests positive.
BoxingScene reported that Mickey Bey tested positive for a highly elevated level of testosterone.
Bey's testosterone to epitestosterone ratio was greater than 30:1 -- Nevada rules allows for a maximum of 6:1.
Kizer said Bey's T/E ratio was the second-highest ever in Nevada history, with another fighter once having a ratio of more 60-1. Elevated testosterone suggests steroid usage.

Things to consider:
-He tested positive in Nevada which raised its ratio to 6:1 over the usual 4:1
-Was caught via NSAC standard test, and we know how useless these are. How jacked was he to test positive with NSAC?
-UFC's Alistair Overeem's T/E ratio when he was caught was 14:1
-UFC's Chael Sonnen's T/E ratio when he was caught was 16.9:1Comment

Well I hope it leads to something. It'd be really ****** to let him get away with having test levels that high DURING a fight. The Nevada State Athletic Commission had a meeting today. Here's the minutes:

Nah they should, he was just trying to level the playing field like Lamont Pederson. Obviously he forgot to notify the commission or the testers of this fact but his doctors did certified that he really does need it....Ok? Maybe if they didn't test for the T-ratio then his level would have been low after another 4-5 months like Lamont Pederson and he was also the one who request testing just like Pederson... So knock it off guys..okComment
