    Installing my speed bag..

    Hi guys,

i got a speedbag platform + ball sitting here for around 6 months.. I tried hanging it up in my room together with my uncle but he screwed over the whole wall and ruined all the screws and plugs. I don't know where to get screws for this and the fitting plugs so i need ideas to 'hang' or place it somewhere.. It could be outside in the garden or in my room/garage.

    Thanks !

a speed bad almost always has to be hung on concrete wall /brick/stone

hanging it on a regular 2x4 stud wall is just gunna cause a lot of extreme vibration/noise and eventually fall off

    either an exterior wall 2x6
or preferably a basement wall block or concrete
drill holes in the wall first then use a concrete anchor bolt sold at home depot

    in a bedroom wall ...smh

It needs to be fitted on concrete walls, plaster walls won't take the strain of it!

Word of advice man, you would want to install it in a garage or someplace out of the way, Speedballs are very loud, if your in a flat or sharing a house with other people they will not appreciate it!
