    According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, super featherweight contender Mickey Bey Jr. (19-0-1, 10KOs), who scored a sensational third round knockout of Robert Rodriguez on February 2nd at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, tested positive for an elevated level of testosterone. The NSAC uses a 6:1 ratio as its cutoff.

      He tested positive in Nevada which raised its ratio to 6:1 over the usual 4:1. If you cant pass in a state that protects steroid users, get better steroids
