Floyd was the best....imo Ward has taken that torch. Ward is a respectable fighter and man in and out of the ring-humble, intelligent and articulate...a role model for the sport.
Manny and Floyd have gotten WAYYYYYYY too much attention.Though Floyd and Manny are great at what they do, I believe their time is at an end...more so Manny. Floyd can continue to have success fighting because he never has taken much punishment.It is questionable if Manny can even find success in the ring after that horrible KO-a lot of fighters never come back from those sort of ko's.

It was only AFTER Mosely looked like crap in 2 consecutive fights that Manny finally took a fight with him-when they KNEW he was truly a shot fighter.

Hatton was never the same after getting ko'd by Floyd-and he moved back down to his former weight while ballooning up in between fights.Can you honestly say that he had an easier or more comfortable time making JWW than WW?

Cotto almost called an end to the fight negotiations with Pacquiao because he didn't want to fight for his own belt at that weight....weird that Manny fought Oscar at the WW limit,but not Cotto-for his own damn belt!

Manny made Oscar quit-but which version of Oscar???? In fact,who fought the better version of Oscar-Floyd or Manny???? Manny defeated a BETTER version of Cotto in 2009 and beat him MORE IMPRESSIVELY than Mayweather did, long before Floyd fought him in 2012.

Floyd "retired" to avoid the prime version of Cotto (2007-2009) and others like Paul Williams, Shane Mosley (when he was still good) and Antonio Margarito.

It's very low for a man to beat up the mother of his children, any decent person would agree.
