I can't see why mayweather would fight Margarito. It would be an interesting fight, but at this point Margarito has not done enough to make himself a particularly marketable fighter. This would not be a big PPV buy fight and I can't see why Mayweather would take that kind of risk until margarito made a name for himself especially given that he could make far more popular fights with hatton and cotto.
What should Mayweather do next?

Margarito is a very good ****er, could well lay claim to being the #1 welter right now. I don't think any of the big names would be too interested in that fight though.Comment

Who would want to see that fight now. Zab now has near zero fans and frankly there is nothing compelling about the match up. There is not one aspect in boxing, speed, technique, conditioning, durability, toughness, defnese, movement, etc. where zab is even comparable. I hope that is clear to anyone who watched this debacle. BTW, Zab would be lucky to get a nickle from mayweather nowComment

I'd buy this before I'd buy Hopkins-Jones, but I'd spend 50 bucks on a ****ing vacuum cleaner or something before I ever spend it watching these horrible fights.Comment

Mayweather can't even fight judah now. The bottom line is that baldomir is the champ now fair and square. FOr PBF to bypass baldomir and fight judah would show a lack of respect. Not that he will even think of bothering to do this considering that he can now gain additional negotiating leverage at 147 by beating baldomir.Comment
