its not a stretch to assume manny has used given his actions when floyd brought up ped testing and his refusal to implement any enhanced testing in his fights. that said IMO he is to be considered clean since he has not tested positive to my knowledge.

Guilty boxers always put out lawsuits instead of agreeing to testing.Then they wait 2 years till the steroids out of their system then they agree to take a test for damage control.
