my eyes just saw andre ward shot and i was like holy *****. glad that was only part of the headline. lets see degale against farias. i think its a bit premature for him to start talking ward right now.

real shame because Degale was one of the most naturally gifted fighters the UK has had, but the less gifted George Groves has long surpassed him.

McDonnell? I agree. DeGale just doesn't seem to have added anything since the Groves fight, though he looked solid against Sanavia.

Mohoumadi hit him waaaay, way too easily on the ropes, especially as the fight wore on. He backed him up a lot, especially towards the end of the fight, and imo the judges were kind on DeGale. DeGale won, but there were only a couple of rounds in it. Groves would walk down and wipe Mohoumadi out.

Someone big and solid at the weight like Francisco Sierra would conceivably be able to bully DeGale, whereas Groves had the punch power to keep him off and ultimately **** him up.

Deglaze is an exceptional talent, but he's lost something and seems to be getting progressively worse. I can't quite put my finger on it.

I wish him the best as though as he's actually a nice guy. Spoke to him a weigh-in for one of Khan fights in Manchester and he was a nice, down to earth guy.

Financially, a Froch fight is the best option for DeGale.

Even if he loses v Kessler, his standing and popularity will be through the roof.

JAMES is not big enough name to attract Ward - who is the best fighter his beaten - he has lost to Groves never fought in the States in this game the Tv Companies have to be interested don't think anyone in the States even knows who he is. His best bet is to go after Abrahams or winner of Kessler - Froch I doubt he will beat either of them.
