No, if the fighters want it and the fans as a whole want it, it should happen. I am on record as saying that if JMM had wanted to retire, then he has the right to and not be criticized because their fights have taken a huge toll on them. But as long as JMM is going to continue, he'll be expected by many to give Pac a rematch but only on JMM's terms or Arum can take a long hike off a short pier. JMM should not accept the same monetary terms as before and I doubt he will. I have been an equal fan of both guys. Health has to become a concern for one or both of them. But if all parties agree on a fight, it is not up to anyone to question that; it is their right. I dont agree that there is "no point" in a fight that is a scintillating war, especially when Pac and JMM seem to be the only guys that haven't cancelled from back injuries, wrist injuries, odd blood test results showing some disease, shoulder injuries and just about everything.

There is nothing to gain for JMM if he fights Pac again, I just do not see what the point is. There is nothing in this world that could top the result of the last fight. JMM needs to retire on this high note, and Pac needs to retire or go fight someone else.

marquez it seems knows that knock out punch he threw was one heck of a lucky shot. pacquiao gave marquez his chance even though he was not obligated to, there was talk marquez would do the same during the aftermatch of the fourth encounter, but now, all of sudden, marquez has no interest. this is marquez's biggest payday and another great fight to add to his relatively weak resume. read between the lines.

Manny wants to avenge this loss. Its bothering him bad that he made a fatal mistake and got KOd. If JMM is well off in life he needs to just go on and retire with this win.

Apart from the reason 99% of these guys fight in the first place.

Feels like Arum is desperate to cash Manny out with a last fight with Marquez. Maybe he is afraid to put him in with anyone else and risk a loss after Pac's last two fights.
Looks like he wants one more Pacman payday before he goes into politics full time.
If i am Marquez I don't back down. I demand 20 million guaranteed and his pick of the venue.

This fight is going to happen Pacquiao-Marquez 5 is in the bag. Top Rank is going to waive a $15 million dollar check in front of Marquez and the deal is done.
