I think B- defence in "pro" boxing is damn good!!!

It's definitely better than most professionals, that's for sure.

But he makes enough mistakes now for it to be very costly for him against an opponet who is a lethal puncher who thrives on luring you into exchanges.

The only problem I have with Broner fans is that they act as if he's some kind of Floyd Mayweather or Pernell Whitaker type guru of defense, which he clearly isn't.

Yeah, but that's the thing. He's a 1 way fighter. All offense, or all defense. He doesn't really mix it up that well.

And when he does go into all defense mode, he's not even spectacular doing that.

Matthysse has a punchers chance, that's it. Broner can do it all. Matthysse can be tamed and outboxed. Broner imo would crush his ass. Matthysse won't out weight Broner by 20 lbs either.

The mix of Defense and Offense makes Broner a tough fight for anyone at 140. A fight between the two of them would be huge but I would give the advantage to Broner.

I also think Broner's speed advantage would get him a late KO. I have a feeling that if/when Broner loses that everyone will become a fan of his because he's not gonna go out like a sucka.

Its a 50/50 fight as of right now today. But for every year this fight doesnt happen the scales will tip further in Broners direction as Broner developes. Next year it would be a 55/45 type pic em fight. And so on and so on.
