Let's Be Realistic for a Few Seconds- Broner Shouldn't Move to 140

He looked great last night, weighed in less than the lightweight limit. Not like Rios who looked crack-addled during his time struggling to make the lightweight limit.

There are also far too many promotional humps to overcome, Haymon normally doesn't match his fighters together. So what's the point of moving to 140 where a Haymon fighter is already a champion?

He can't fight Rios, Bradley, Marquez, etc. because they are with Top Rank and Arum isn't interested in working with GBP.

Might as well clean out lightweight and just rule that division.

Might as well wait another year, let the Matthysse-Garcia situation play out, and fight the winner. Maybe have his first bout at 140 against someone else before that. There's no rush.

I doubt he gets an auto-shot at the winner. Especially if Garcia were to win (Haymon)

Bull****!! Who the **** he going to fight at LW? There's nobody in that division. Unless you are content in watching him blast C level fighters cool but don't go around claiming he is P4P.

The Haymon thing is a myth. Fernando Guerrero and Peter Quillin are scheduled to fight. Plus, when has it made sense for him to match up his two guys? If a fight is in high demand and it needs to get done it will

He weighed 150 on fight night. Not far from Pac or Mayweather.

All the good fights are at 140. Of course he should move there.

he should take his time because at 23 hes got plenty of it. dominate at 135 and build a legacy as one of the most dominant lightweights. then in 2-3 years when his metabolism changes and he naturally grows into the next weightclass he can move up.

he should listen to his body though, absolutely no need to rush yourself moving up in weight when you are 23 and comfortably making the weight you are at. hes got plenty of time to conquer those weights later on when the time is right.

Peterson, who's most likely gonna beat Holt is there for him. No reason not to move up.

                    Clean out the lightweights?
                    There is nothing to clean.

He should go to 40-47 and seek bigger challenges and $$$$$$.

Also Berto is out there. Josesito Lopes, **** even Mayweather.
Al Haymon from what I hear has changed his stance and will allow his fighters to fight eachother.

Thats why Alexander name came up for Floyd.
