I would`nt say zero chance nor would i say 100 percent chance either.It all depends on how much Pacquiao has left.I think if Pacquiao is done then there`s almost no chance that Broner signs to Top Rank;if Pacquiao still has something left then there`s a good chance Broner signs to Top Rank.
