It's prepretty simple, choose to ignore the basic rules of "don't be a ****" and your going to get hated on.

That's understandable to extent, but I wouldn't expect this kind of hate from hardcore fans, especially in the boards, the hate should be coming from casual fans who are more likely to be oblivious to the marketing tactics of an up and comer.

That is fine with me. You don't like his skills, fantastic judge him on that. But alot of these "guys" get EMOTIONAL about how he acts or what he says like has anything to do with him as a boxer. You don't like hearing what he says, mute it or change the channel, stop whining and take the sand out of your vaginas.

I hated Broner in the beginning now im a fan.He's hilariously entertaining and puts on good shows in the ring.Most ppl complain about boring boxers but he's a more of an aggressive Mayweather-like fighter.

Mayweather was offensively brilliant down at those weights. Biggest difference still remains defence though, the style is similar, the effectiveness is worlds apart.

I don't get how grown people can let a guy's antics get under their skin so bad. You don't like the interviews, don't listen. You don't like the ring entrance, don't watch (usually ignore those anyway). Getting so precious about someone you probably never spoke to, probably never met and probably don't know is a little sad.

You take the time to complain, you just spread the word for said person. You might as well promote them, hence- mission accomplished.

On some real, Broner's body attack is straight up sick, the way he mixes up his attack to the head and body...I'm only anxious for his arrival at 140, hopefully I don't have to wait long.

His interviews and ring walks are so cringe worthy that watching them just makes me shake my head and chuckle to myself. I appreciate the things he does in the ring, but at the same time I can laugh about what a douchey halfwit he is outside of it.

If we only judged fighters on their fighting ability, no-one outside of the top 10 p4pers would have fans. Everyone would be a Floyd or Pacquaio fan. If it was all based on fighting ability, why did Broner make such a concerted attempt to ape Floyd to make his way into the boxing world? I don't see why personality should play no part in whether you like a boxer or not. I know I like some fighters more than others because I respect them tremendously or think they're cool people.

Broner, like Floyd, plays up on a persona that is designed to create resentment. It's kind of silly to then turn around and complain about being hated on (as Floyd is prone to do, and some of his fans).

It's what I do.

As soon as Rees was done with his entrance, and I saw Broner with the McDonalds head gear, I laughed, and walked outside to have a square.

As soon as the fight was over, I changed the channel to something different.

If you don't like Broners mouth or antics, it's pretty easy to get around.

Or you can watch every thing he does, and ***** about it.

I think the problem people have with all the hate is the excessive amount of threads clogging this section. Its one thing to hate on him but thread after thread after thread about the same thing gets annoying after a while.


He is an annoying **** though no getting around that.
