Good list overall in my opinion but Dempsey is too high for me. and if you include Gene Tunney you should put in Mike Spinks. Their HW careers were similar, did nothing too great except beat the same ATG twice.

I'd include Ezzard Charles in the top 15 as well, he was a good HW. He was certainly better than Jeffries.

Charles is a good pick and I wouldn't argue with anyone who has them on their list.

As for Foreman, he is the same man who destroyed Frazier and Norton, amongst countless other top heavies of the 70s and then in his return held his own against top guys like Holyfield and won back the title aged 45. He was neevr stopped and took flush shots from some very hard hitting men. Foreman was the truth at heavy, H2H, I think he beats most.

Thanks! Greb was a great fighter, went at it with Louis although he was much the smaller man.

I believe you're thinking about Conn haha, but Greb did go at it with Tunney and actually beat him. The only light heavyweight to do so.

me bad you're right!! It was Conn on my mind. Yep, Greb beat Tunney but Tunney came back. Tunney in his own right a tremendous fighter!
