there is this bottleneck in the heavyweight division right now. All these guys should be in like three elimination tourneys until the pack is reduced to about 3 guys.

Nah; things are the way they are because heavyweight is so bare. Anyone with some value and skills is being kept from similar guys because they know a Klitschko shot isn't hard to get due to the division.
