my opinion, marquez should retire.he has achieved everything in boxing and can walk away with his biggest accomplishment(putting ducquiao to sleep).should he fight on.it should be against ducquiao for a huge pay day.and to Nacho.arum does'nt have the last say so.marquez has he and pac by the ballz.

I think rios is all wrong for jmm...especially at this point of his career where he's pushing 40

jmm has always managed to withstand the onslaught of strong, relentless pressure fighters but has often been dropped in the process (katsidis, pac 1-2)...rios is stronger than both of them and throws more punches as well, also marquez may be stronger than he was back then but I'm sure his chin isn't

I'd love for this to be rios' first step to the top and a fight between him and pac would be epic...not to mention if pac would beat rios he could entice jmm into making a 5th fight

Rios is TR, so it can only happen if Arums okays it. If he doesn't agree to fight PAC, Arum will most likely stonewall this fight.

JMM would KO Rios easy imo, with his new found body, power, and speed, especially for a 40 year old.

From everything I've read, it seems like JMM had to sign an exlusive 3 fight deal with Arum to get PAC. So unless Arum allows it, JMM cannot fight anyone.

nacho knows jmm will fall if he fight pac again...

nacho knows jmm was waiting to get to sleep had not that lucky punch...

avoiding pac will get the best out of him...

F*uck a 5th Pac fight. Let Pac build himself back up.

JMM vs Rios would be attempted murder by Marquez.

It would be a good fight to watch because Rios has power and determination but he's gonna be walking into a wood chipper. I'd love the chance if I was Rios, A great fight to have under his belt..... I wonder if Marquez would just get tired of hitting him and fade during later rounds.
have Marquez slow down in any of his previous fights? no!!! if nothing else increse the rate of punching output, especially when there is a war....definatly you know s**it about Da Man "Marquez"

If you'll be honest Marquez was starting to get busted up in the 4th and 5th rounds. With his nose bleeding profusely and Pacquaio turning up the heat I knew this fight wasn't going 12 rounds. Fortunately for Marquez a well timed shot changed the outcome.

If Marquez retires now he will go down in history as the 2nd greatest Mexican fighter of all time. Mexicans are extremely proud of Marquez and he is a celebrated hero. I am not Mexican but I know this much.
Marquez had his nose broken in the first round and was knocked down three times in the first round of their first fight.

He's slower than ever, more clumsy, has less balance and spent that fight loading up on single shots. New game plan. Go for the KO.

His new power and body didn't work in their last fight, so he tried a different strategy. Work on a particular counter a lot and put everything into it. Nothing to do with more power. He just loaded up more going for the KO.
