Long layoffs for Zab and Mormeck....

these guys are proffessionals and Zab has been training for a Floyd fight since August. I'm not too worried. I'm worried about your boy Corrales in the rematch though

Actually think I answered my own question just now. Mormeck had a HUGE layoff before the fight with Braithwaite and he had no problems whatsoever putting on his best performance to date. Just wanted to start a thread because I usually think layoffs ARE a big deal.

i think 2 fights a year is inactive, but thats just me.

but 1 fight a year, like what mormeck has been doing for the past few years, is just ridiculous.

2005: mormeck beat braithwaite.
2004: mormeck beat hill.
2003: mormeck beat gurov.
2002: mormeck beat bown and hill.

mormeck hasnt really been active, on any level. even though hes been fighting the best competition the CW division has to offer, still, one fight a year is part of the reason why people dont like boxing.

i dont care about mormeck, but Zab judah is in big trouble, he should have a few more fights before meating mayweather, mayweather will totally dismantle this guy, it will be so funny to watch mayweather make a fool out this chump.

yeah its koo, but doesnt it worry you that he might be over trained. all his trainng might build his ego up and might try to get fancy with the floyd

Nah it doesn't worry me, I think Zab is all buisness now. I do see what your saying though.

training is good but he has got to be in the ring alot more if he wants to pose a threat to mayweather.

im a big floyd fan so i just hope they both come in looking there best and give a hell of a show. i dont mind seeing zab win if he does it in a hugh way
