You can tell Broner had no intentions of fighting him. He couldn't look him in the eyes. Broner thought he was the bigger guy till Guerrero sized him up then he witnessed Guerrero maul down what could be a JMW.

heat of the moment thing, broner wont go up to 147 right away

pretty much, broner jumped off at the mouth and guerrero brought him back to reality.

Would be bad ass if broner said fuck it Im bout what I talk and jump up to 147 (like guerrero did) and scrap guerrero but he just a motor mouth.
