Comments Thread For: Barrera Will Be Ringside For Nietes vs. Fuentes Clash

Mexican legend Marco Antonio Barrera will be at ringside when WBO light flyweight champion Donnie Nietes defends his title against Mexico’s WBO minimum weight champion Moises Fuentes at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Cebu on March 2

ALA Promotions president Michal Aldeguer told the Manila Standard that Barrera’s brother Jorge Barrera handles Fuentes and that the former world champion who fought Manny Pacquiao twice and lost by an 11th round TKO in their first fight and a unanimous twelve round decision in a rematch “is very much involved” with Fuentes.

nietes doesn't get much attention but he's a good fighter, maybe if he becomes a loudmouth,is arrogant and wears flashy trunks when fighting he'll automatically be in the pound for pound list,it seems that sometimes that's all that's needed to convince people you are good

And Donaire is picking on smaller guys... this Fuentes is taller than Donaire and is fighting at 105 lbs. All the haters of Donaire you should hate Fuentes too ^^

Fuentes is nowhere near being P4P.
