Why does him Boxrec say his last fight was for the WBC International Sliver light welterweight Title and WBF Welterweight Title? Well anyways he should fight a rank contender before he talks title. And he should move back down if he could.

Soto needs to move down to 135. If he can still make 130 would be even better. Hes way too small for the 140 pounders

Even though santioning bodies are nothing great...even the big ones...it's almost a shame to hear any title mentioned outside of WBC, IBF and WBA...WBO is even pushing it
