Not sure, with the current status of both fighters I'd realistically be able to see them at 147 somewhere in 2014 or the beginning of 2015.

I think Rios has money fight vs Alvarado again in March I think, I don't think he should move to 147 till he fights the other contenders in 140.

We need a 140 Tournament like the SMWs.
