I like Holt, and he can crack for sure but Peterson will be too much for him and win a pretty comfy UD at the least.

Holt has been too inconsistent, he has also changed trainers 3 fights in a row if I'm not mistaken. Jesse Reid is a legend, but I don't see him making an impact this soon, and I definitely don't see Holt fitting in to the whole walking the ring type of style that Reid pushes on his fighters.

Holt has a puncher's chance. he can really punch. But Peterson is very tough and believe will simply outwork and out will Holt. Peterson, who will be on Holt like a swamp, should win by late rounds stoppage as Holt can't deal with the pressure.
