I remember thinking this fight was going to be made at SF for Barrera's title, and was very excited to see it. It was around the time that Rocky Juarez was a young undefeated prospect and was being hyped up to beat Pacquiao. They threw him against Soto and it looked like winner would get Barrera, and after Soto beat him, Juarez got Barrera 2x. This was a little while ago, so my memory is a lil fuzzy on the details. Anybody know why this fight never went down?
