Sturm vs. Abraham! Bring it on.

Some 3-4 years to late but now both looks on the down side of their careers, so it's still a highly interesting match-up.

Isn't Groves targeting the winner of the Stigliz rematch?

Thats nice, now he will go to smw and avoid the top fighters, and fight a bunch of nobodies. Great

This would be a huge fight in Germany I think. However, I think it's ridiculous that Sturm would rather move up to 168 than take GGG's offer of an instant title fight even after two straight losses.

I don't know about this move. Sturm has always been a pretty solid boxer, but he never packed much of a punch at middleweight. Stick to 160 and fight GGG for a title. Why the hell not?

Sturm's always been just about business. He hasn't really cared about legacy, as we've all been able to see. He's gunning for Abraham, that's still a big money fight in Germany even though both are past their best it'll still generate strong interest there.

Problem is Abraham can punch and Sturm has always avoided the big hitters. He must think Abraham is shot otherwise he wouldn't go near him. I will believe it when I see it
